Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lebanon-Nashville Area, an IHG Hotel

Everything was wonderful... definitely will stay there again.

It smelled good and seemed really clean. The beds were super comfy. It was a little noisy but I had a white noise machine so after I turned that on, no problem. Every staff member had a smile on their faces and were so accommodating to allow us to eat our dinner in the breakfast area late at night. Even brought chocolates for the kids. There were a lot of us as we were in town for a funeral. The breakfast was better than just an average continental breakfast. There were 2 really sweet ladies keeping it clean and well stocked the whole time. One The front desk staff gave us a straw from her personal stash as our little one needed a straw for his orange juice. The location was perfect for near by restaurants and was in close proximity to the funeral home. If you’re looking for something to be wrong, I’m sure you could find it but we were so grateful for friendliness and comfortable beds at an affordable price, that we had no complaints! Would highly recommend this place and would stay again!

Loved the staff! We were in Tennessee for our great-grandson's 2nd birthday. They allowed us to have pizza and birthday cake in the breakfast area. They even offered us plates, etc. (we brought our own). The staff treated us like valued guests!

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The only complaint I have is there was no mirror over the desk area where I could sit to do hair and makeup. Mobility issues often dictate the need to sit. Otherwise the room was perfect

Breakfast was good. The room was very clean. No bugs. The A/C was controlled by the thermal stat on the wall.
